Viander Fruttato Extra Virgin Olive Oil, is obtained only from Italian olives, extracted from specific cultivars, that having reached the perfect degree of ripeness gives it the aroma and a balanced full-bodied flavor. The slightly spicy and bitter notes in the flavor, testify to the Italian authenticity and freshness of this product. Fruttato is the term used to describe the oil perfume, there are two fragrances: Green and Mature. Green recalls the freshly cut grass, while Mature recalls ripe olives. To transmit it to the oil, it takes the olives to be collected when they are still green and the baling to be made by the best oil mills. Fruttato is delicate and sophisticated with a pleasant hint of the healthy fruit. It is appreciated especially raw, to enhance flavored bruschetta, boiled vegetables or salads or to embellish first courses. Olive oil is also a vegetable fat, but the only one mainly composed of monounsaturated fatty acids (principally oleic acid). Not only is the fat composition unique, but olive oil is also rich in polyphenol that contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress.
